Career conference for girls

Soroptimist International of Whitefish will host a free two-day conference for secondary school age girls, to learn about career opportunities, goal setting and overcoming obstacles to success. The Dream It, Be It event will take place on April 2 and April 11 at Flathead Valley Community College. 

High school girls interested in going to college or a skilled trades program can attend the conference for help finding a path to fit their skills, interests and goals. 

The Soroptimist Dream It, Be It program aims to help girls grow into strong, successful and confident adults. This conference will guide high school girls in setting and achieving career goals, and students will have the opportunity to speak with women working in various fields.
