Police Calls: Jet skier causes waves of concern

Someone was smelling gas at a location on Locarno Drive. 

A disorderly neighbor on Wisconsin Avenue was aggressive. 

Oct. 4 

A blue bicycle was found on Fairway Drive. 

Someone had set up camp and had a campfire going on Armory Road. 

The person who kept falling off a jet ski in the windy and wavy lake caused concern for a caller on Hazel Place. 

A power line was down on the northbound lane of Highway 93. 

Three people were trying to hold up a tree that was about to fall onto Third Street. 

Oct. 6 

The man staying in a camper style van off First Street was warned for camping in city limits. 

Someone on Central Avenue was cited for open container and warned about disturbing the peace. 

A reckless female driver in a silver Mercedez swerved at the caller’s vehicle while she was passing him on Highway 93 and seemed to be trying to hit him on purpose. 

Drones were flying low over an intersection of Baker Avenue and one nearly hit a truck. 

An event near the golf course was the source of a bunch of noise. 

Oct 7 

Construction equipment was spray painted on Birch Point Drive. 

In an instance of criminal mischief, headstones were tipped over at the cemetery. 

It was suspicious when someone saw a flashlight shining in their neighbor’s window on Glenwood Road. 

Loud music from a location on Wisconsin Avenue was very loud and was keeping the neighborhood up.
