Lady Dogs beat Bigfork; move to 7-1 in league play
Whitefish has won its fourth straight, defeating Bigfork 25-19, 25-16, 24-26, 25-12 in Northwest A Conference action on Monday, Oct. 7.
“We had a great all-around showing by the team,” Whitefish Head Coach Addy Connelly said. “Game three, we had a bit of a hiccup but then came out on top in game four with a strong finish.”
Isabella Hartwig led the Lady Bulldogs with 12 kills, while Camry Kelch had seven.
Myli Ridgeway anchored the defense of Whitefish, collecting 18 digs. Maggie Mercer had four aces and 15 digs. Anchoring the offense was Kaydence Blackwell’s 12 assists while Allie Shors had 10 assists. Blackwell also had ten digs.
Whitefish improved to 7-1 in conference play, atop the league standings.
