NO. 2756 WHITEFISH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   The regular meeting of the Whitefish City Council will be held in person on Monday, June 3, 2024 at 7:10 pm at the Whitefish City Council Chambers in City Hall.      1. Whitetail Ridge Holding and Siderius Construction, LLP are requesting a 73-lot subdivision (59 single family homes and 14 townhomes). This is a reduction from the original 77-lots, as four (4) townhomes were eliminated. The applicant is requesting a variance to §12-4-15H of the Subdivision Regulations, to develop a temporary ‘T’ turnaround in lieu of a connection into O’Brien Bluffs subdivision. In order to facilitate the subdivision, a request to amend the 2007 Growth Policy from Rural Residential and Planned Industrial to Urban Residential and a request to rezone the property from R-3 (One-Family Residential) and I-2 (Heavy Industrial) to WR-1 (One-Family Residential District) and WR-2 (Two-Family Residential District) are included. Finally, the property was annexed into the City on April 1, 2024. The property is currently undeveloped. The property is located at an unaddressed lot on Flathead Avenue and can be legally described as Tract 2 in Gov’t Lot 3 in S1 T30N R22W, P.M.M., Flathead County.
