Great results for Freeriders

With the chance to qualify for Junior Championships in Breckenridge, Colorado, on the line the Flathead Freeride Club had some great results in the past two weeks. At National Level competitions in Snowbird, Utah, Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada, and Big Sky, Montana, Townsend Reed, Bodie Mason and Kane Nissen each finished in third place respectively in U19.
They all needed good results and threw down some of the best runs of their young careers to have a chance to qualify for finals with the best skiers from Argentina, Chile, Canada and the US.
In Big Sky, Katie Hersom put an exclamation on her strong season with a win in U19 Ladies. Katie won both qualifying and finals to solidify her spot at Breckenridge this April. In U15 Men Jesse Deats had a solid finish adding another top 10 and will look for a strong result at the last regional comp this weekend at Schweitzer, Idaho, for a chance at finals.
