NO. 2764 CITY OF WHITEFISH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON STREET ABANDONMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting to be held July 15, 2024, at 7:10 p.m. in the Whitefish City Council Chambers at 418 East Second Street, the Whitefish City Council will consider discontinuing, abandoning and vacating the portion of the unconstructed street more particularly described as follows: A 20 foot dedicated public road laying adjacent and west of Block 5, First Addition to South Whitefish records of Flathead County, Montana. Individuals may appear or submit written testimony at the hearing to comment on the proposed street abandonment. Written comments may be delivered or mailed to the Whitefish City Clerk, 418 East Second Street, PO Box 158, Whitefish, MT 59937, or emailed to mhowke@cityofwhitefish.org no later than 4:00 p.m, July 15, 2024. NO. 2765 WHITEFISH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The regular meeting of the Whitefish City Council will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 7:10 pm at Whitefish City Hall, 418 E. 2nd Street, Whitefish, MT. During the meeting, the Council will conduct a public hearing and take public comment regarding the adoption of an ordinance amending Title 6, Chapter 2, Section 5, Prohibited and Restricted Parking, of the Whitefish City Code. The proposed ordinance will establish NO PARKING zones on: • E. 8th Street, between Spokane Avenue and Kalispell Avenue • Karrow Avenue, between W. 2nd Street and W. 7th Street • Shiloh Avenue, between JP Road and Whitefish Avenue • Woodside Lane, within 100 feet of Wisconsin Avenue    Documents pertaining to this agenda item will be available for review at Whitefish City Hall, 418 E Second Street, during regular business hours and the full packet along with public comments and staff report will be available on the City’s webpage: https://www.cityofwhitefish.org/AgendaCenter under Mayor & City Council.
