Glacier B splits with Canadian teams

The Glacier B team faced off against two Canadian teams on Sunday, June 30, splitting the contests. Lethbridge defeated the Twins 7-5 after jumping out to a 6-0 lead, while Glacier bounced back with a 9-8 victory over Cranbrook.

In the first game against Lethbridge, Glacier trailed 6-0 but scored a run in the fourth, three runs in the fifth, and another run in the sixth but couldn’t keep pace with Lethbridge’s initial lead.

West Amerman went 2-for-3 in the matchup, while Nolan Amerman had a double. Reed Boyer, Ben Dow, and Cody Magnuson each drove in runs in the victory.

In the second game against Cranbrook, Glacier was tied 4-4 after three innings but scored three runs in the fourth and two runs in the fifth. Cranbrook scored two runs in the fifth and sixth innings but couldn’t close the gap.

Amerman went 3-for-3 with a triple and three RBI, while Reed Boyer drove in two runs. Collison Lewis also had a multi-hit game.
