NO. 2764 CITY OF WHITEFISH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON STREET ABANDONMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting to be held July 15, 2024, at 7:10 p.m. in the Whitefish City Council Chambers at 418 East Second Street, the Whitefish City Council will consider discontinuing, abandoning and vacating the portion of the unconstructed street more particularly described as follows: A 20 foot dedicated public road laying adjacent and west of Block 5, First Addition to South Whitefish records of Flathead County, Montana.
