NO. 2736 WHITEFISH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING    At a meeting of the Whitefish Community Development Board on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 6:00 PM, the Board will hold a public hearing on the item listed below. The Board meets in the Whitefish Council Chambers at City Hall, at 418 E. 2nd Street Whitefish, Montana. The Board decision on item 1 is final and Board recommendation for items 2-3 will be forwarded onto the Whitefish City Council for subsequent public hearing on February 5, 2024. City Council meetings start at 7:10 PM and will also be held at City Hall.    1. A request by Justin Ping on the behalf of Kris Ordelheide for a variance to the front yard setback requirements for a proposed single-family home. The property is currently zoned WLR (One-family limited residential District). The property is located at 3030 River Lakes Drive and can be legally described as Lot 15, The Lakes at Riverside Phase 3, S08, T30 N, R21 W, Flathead County. (WZV 23-08) Loring 2. A request by the City of Whitefish to amend Title 12 (Subdivision Regulations) of the Whitefish City Code in order to remove references to the Whitefish Planning Board and replace with the Whitefish Community Development Board.
