Bulldogs Gulick commits to Western
Carson Gulick, an All-State quarterback for the Whitefish Bulldogs this season, announced Saturday that he has committed to play football for Montana Western.
Gulick threw for 1,764 yards and 20 touchdowns this season, helping the Bulldogs go 7-4 including a quarterfinal playoff loss to eventual champion Billings Central.
He was 123 of 209 passing, with six interceptions. He also rushed for 513 yards and eight scores. In two seasons as the Bulldogs’ QB he passed for 3,107 yards and 32 touchdowns.
Montana Western, also called the Bulldogs, went 10-2 this fall and won its second straight Frontier Conference title.
