Big Mountain Ski Club thankful for a grand ski swap
Who's excited for opening day this week? Hopefully we outfitted you and your family for skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, hockey, sledding and whatever else winter has to offer this year in Montana at this year's ski swap at the WAVE.
This swap was, yet again, a record-breaking success. We had a record number of consignments and sales. If you've not heard of us, we are the Big Mountain Ski Club and have been teaching kids how to ski since 1972.
As a nonprofit club, we hold our annual ski swap at the WAVE every November in hopes of raising money to teach kids how to ski. Joining our club, through a family membership, entitles your grade/ middle school aged children to ski lessons that run January through March. It's a phenomenal deal!
We are very grateful to our volunteers that help with the ski swap and ski lessons during the ski season. The WAVE very generously donates the use of their gym every year for two days for our ski swap. We are incredibly blessed to live in a community that treasures our kids and is willing to go the extra mile through volunteerism for the betterment of them.
Please feel free to contact us with questions about our club, volunteering or future donations which are tax deductible as we are a 501c3. You are welcome to visit our website, bigmountainskiclub.org to learn more about our mission.
Thanks again to one amazing community for a grand ski swap and we'll see you next year - if we don't see you on the slopes first.
