Someone keyed a Grand Cherokee parked on Railway Street.
Two dogs who were left in a vehicle near Railway Street were panting very heavily.
The caller from Texas Avenue complained about an ongoing issue regarding the neighbor’s barking dogs but there was only one, non-barking dog on the property.
A couple males were seen throwing eggs on First Street.
July 22
The caller said she left her wallet in her unlocked vehicle and the wallet was stolen.
The report was that there is an ongoing issue with three dogs always barking on Creekview Drive. Every time police check, there are three dogs lying on the back porch, not barking.
An unauthorized vehicle was parked in a spot on Serpentine Circle and it was also plugged into an outlet.
It appears that a blue Chevy pickup truck was abandoned between Montana Avenue and Dakota Avenue.
Someone was cited for a handicap parking violation, a park hours violation and camping within city limits.

The reckless driver of a Chevy Volt was seen swearing into oncoming traffic on Highway 93.
A transient with a bicycle, a backpack and a “smoking device” was loitering near a building on Baker Avenue and the caller wanted him to move along.
The reporting party wanted to talk about a ladder that was stolen a few days ago from River Lakes Parkway.
A truck with a tractor-carrying trailer was seen hitting the sky bridge on Wisconsin Avenue.
Reportedly, the owner of a company on Second Street did work and failed to get paid.
A male who was walking on the sidewalk fell into the road.
A boat with seven people aboard broke down. The caller flagged down someone who went to tow them in.
