The caller said the speed of vehicles traveling on East Second Street is frightening and called for more patrols.

Two males and one female along with three dogs were seen camping in a place the caller thought was suspicious.

The caller, who was also a protester on Spokane Avenue, said a male was using foul language and told the caller he had no right to be there. The accused yelling man left.

A traffic hazard was caused by two large containers just off the west bound lanes and metal shavings in the road.

The caller on Texas Avenue said the neighbor's dog was barking non stop but police heard nothing when they drove through the area.

The caller said someone is disabling a parking lot light on Wisconsin Avenue so they can “smoke their dope” in the dark.

July 19

A warning was issued to someone for camping in city limits.

The caller from Stumptown Loop had questions about city code and the law regarding parking backwards, against traffic, on the side of the road.

A large truck with an attached boat trailer was parked the wrong way on Dakota Avenue.

Two vehicles were parked on the bike path.

An empty trailer was parked on Great Northern Drive for at least 24 hours.

A caller was concerned about a potential fire being caused by a constantly running bathroom fan left on by his neighbor who is out of town.

July 20

A male was seen setting up a homeless camp on Railway Street.

Someone found a wallet and took it to the police station.

A possibly homeless, disorderly man was at a location on Highway 93.

A caller voiced unhappiness about the continual parking problem on Waverly Place.

Two dogs were left in a vehicle on Second Street.

Reportedly, an intoxicated pedestrian was walking on Spokane Avenue.

An intoxicated male was pacing a store on highway 93 for about an hour.

Someone on Central Avenue was blasting music from their car.

A male at a location on Highway 93 was holding a beer while yelling at employees and carrying a chair around.

The caller just wanted the very loud music and several people speaking loudly at a party on Colorado Avenue to quiet down.
