July 16
A vehicle had been parked in front of the post office for a week.
A male made a complaint regarding vehicles running the stop sign at Wedgewood and Dodger Lane. Extra patrols will be performed.
Vehicles were reportedly speeding up and down Spokane Avenue.
A motor home has been in a parking lot at a location on Highway 40 for about two weeks.
The two men driving a white work truck with a flashing yellow light on top were seen driving about 40 mph and swerving all over Highway 93.
A keyboard and a mouse were reported stolen from a room on Hospital Way.
A female who was looking into car windows appeared suspicious.
It was thought the man who was lying down in the parking lot of a business on Highway 93 was homeless. It was learned the man was just enjoying some shade.
The caller was concerned that the couple on Spokane Avenue was smoking some drug but it was found they were fine.
A gray city bike was reported stolen from Spokane Avenue.
The owner of a red Toyota 4Runner left a dog in the vehicle on Lupfer Avenue and the dog was barking.
There was another dog left inside a gray Toyota Tacoma parked on First Street.
The caller found the three males with dreadlocks, grocery bags and unleashed dogs who were walking on Highway 93 to be suspicious.
July 17
An intoxicated pedestrian was seen stumbling around with an open beer.
The caller reported a white Ford truck because it was tailgating him and when the Ford went around, the driver made a rude gesture.
Transients were camping under a pedestrian bridge.
An old black and silver truck with a camper top was blocking the caller’s driveway, making it impossible for him to leave.
It was reported that a man had passed out at a location on Highway 93 but he did get up and was just waiting in the shade.
The person who was “creeping out” the caller for parking and sleeping in his car, was on private property.
Someone was seen stumbling around and nearly falling into traffic on 10th Street.
The caller said there were suspicious human beings in the area of Shiloh Avenue and thought that possible drug deals were going on.
A boat on the lake was playing very loud music.
Two people who were looking into a vehicle on Shiloh Avenue were looking into their own vehicle.
A loud party on O’Brien Avenue was reported and the caller said it’s becoming an on-going problem. Upon inspection, there was no noise nor any sign of a party.
