NO. 2750 WHITEFISH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING    At a meeting of the Whitefish Community Development Board on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 6:00 PM, the Board will hold a public hearing on the item listed below. The Board meets in the Whitefish Council Chambers at City Hall, at 418 E. 2nd Street Whitefish, Montana. The Board recommendation for item two will be forwarded onto the Whitefish City Council for subsequent public hearing on May 6, 2024. City Council meetings start at 7:10 PM and will also be held at City Hall.    1. A request by Stevyn Menegazzi for a variance to the side yard setback requirements for a proposed deck extension to connect the existing front and rear deck. The property is currently developed with a townhouse and is zoned WR-2 (Two-Family Residential District). A request by JLA Whitefish LLC for a conditional use permit for a 21-unit multi-family development. The property is currently developed with a single-family residence and is zoned WR-4.
