NO. 2750 WHITEFISH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING    At a meeting of the Whitefish Community Development Board on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 6:00 PM, the Board will hold a public hearing on the item listed below. The Board meets in the Whitefish Council Chambers at City Hall, at 418 E. 2nd Street Whitefish, Montana. The Board recommendation for item two will be forwarded onto the Whitefish City Council for subsequent public hearing on May 6, 2024. City Council meetings start at 7:10 PM and will also be held at City Hall.    1. A request by Stevyn Menegazzi for a variance to the side yard setback requirements for a proposed deck extension to connect the existing front and rear deck. The property is currently developed with a townhouse and is zoned WR-2 (Two-Family Residential District). The property is located at 626 Masters Ct and can be legally described as Lot 1A, Lake Views at Masters Green, S26, T31 N, R22 W, Flathead County. (WZV 24-01 Loring) 2. A request by JLA Whitefish LLC for a conditional use permit for a 21-unit multi-family development. The property is currently developed with a single-family residence and is zoned WR-4. The property is located at 7 & 23 Iowa Ave and can be legally described as WFSH TSTE CO 5 AC TR ADD 1, S25, T31 N, R22 W, BLOCK 9, Lot 7B, COS 21980-B & WFSH TSTE CO 5 AC TR ADD 1, S25, T31 N, R22 W, BLOCK 9, Lot 7 N100’ OF S200’, COS 21980-A, Flathead County. (WCUP 23-07 Sponable) The Community Development Board will also be holding a work session at 5:00 PM before the regular meeting to discuss the Growth Policy update.
