Summer Games’ soccer fun continues

| September 13, 2023 1:00 AM

The Summer Games Soccer Tournament was played last weekend under sunny skies at Smith Fields in Whitefish. The men’s tourney began in 1981, the women’s in 1982, and the competition this weekend kept the fun rolling. Teams came from Idaho, Calgary, Edmonton and Montana for the event that saw four teams play in the men's division and five in the women’s. The sidelines were crowded with parents, partners and children rooting for their favorite players.
