No. 29858 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT AMENDMENTS TO TITLE 13 LAKE AND LAKESHORE PROTECTION REGULATIONS The City of Whitefish is holding a public meeting before the Lake and Lakeshore Protection Committee at 6 p.m. on November 8, 2023 and a public hearing before the City Council at 7:10 p.m. on December 4, 2023 to review the following proposal: 1. The City of Whitefish is proposing a major code revision to the Whitefish Lakeshore Protection Regulations in order to promote natural shoreline restoration and dynamic gravel beach installations over rip rap and retaining walls as well as other changes and minor housekeeping amendments.
