No. 2679 WHITEFISH PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The regular meeting of the Whitefish Planning Board will be held in person on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Whitefish City Council Chambers in City Hall. Upon receipt of the recommendation from the Planning Board, the Whitefish City Council will hold a subsequent public hearing for items 1 and 2 on Monday, April 3, 2023 and items 3 and 4 on Monday, April 17, 2023. City Council meetings start at 7:10 pm at City Hall.     1. A request by Lisa Szaoy for a zoning map amendment to change a parcel recently annexed into city limits from County R-3 (One-family Residential) to a zoning of WR-1 (One-family Residential). The parcel is approximately 9.9 acres, it is located at 625 Lund Lane, and can be legally described as Parcel B of COS No. 1419 in Section 1, Township 30 N, Range 22 W., in Whitefish, Montana. No. 2680 The Whitefish Trail, in partnership with the City of Whitefish, requests proposals from interested consultants to support Whitefish Trail planning, design, construction oversight, and operations support for 2023 and future years. The Consultant will provide design, planning, and construction oversight for all new WT construction projects and will support ongoing operations and maintenance on the WT.
