No. 2699 WHITEFISH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The regular meeting of the Whitefish City Council will be held on Monday, June 19th, 2023 at 7:10 pm. During the meeting, the Council vote on a Resolution of Intent to Annex and Rezone the item listed below. If that Resolution passes, the City Council will then hold a public hearing and make a formal final vote on the item on July 17, 2023. City Council meetings are held in the Whitefish City Council Chambers, Whitefish, Montana. 1. A Resolution by the City of Whitefish to annex and incorporate within the boundaries of the City of Whitefish by petition and consent of the property owner approximately .99 acres of land known as 580 Lund Lane in Section 1, Township 30 North, Range 22 West, in Whitefish, and at the same change the zoning of the property from County R-3 to WR-1, One-Family Residential, based on the findings in the staff report WAR 23-01. Documents pertaining to these agenda items are available for review at City Hall, 418 E 2 nd Street, during regular business hours. Inquiries are welcomed. No. 2700 CITY OF WHITEFISH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PRELIMINARY BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Whitefish City Council will consider adopting the proposed preliminary budget for Fiscal Year 2024 at its regular meeting to be held on Monday, June 19, 2023, at 7:10 p.m. in the Whitefish City Council Chambers at 418 East Second Street. Any taxpayer or resident may appear at the public meeting and be heard for or against any part of the proposed budget. The proposed budget has been placed on file and is available for inspection in the City Clerk’s office located at 418 East Second Street.
