No. 2706 WHITEFISH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council will hold a public hearing and make a formal final vote on the item below on August 7, 2023. City Council meetings are held in the Whitefish City Council Chambers, Whitefish, Montana. 1. A Resolution by the City of Whitefish to annex and incorporate within the boundaries of the City of Whitefish by petition and consent of the property owner at 236 Jennings Lakeside Lane legally described as Lot 12, Whitefish Lake Summer Homes Amended in S 14, T 31 N, R 22 W, P.M.M., Flathead County, and at the same change the zoning of the property from County R-1 to WSR, Suburban Residential District, based on the findings in the staff report. (WAR 23-02) Documents pertaining to these agenda items are available for review at City Hall, 418 E 2 nd Street, during regular business hours. Inquiries are welcomed.
