Cherith Naomi Bruckner, of Oregon, Wisconsin, passed away on, Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2022, at

Fort Atkinson Healthcare Center. Daughter of Herbert and Elizabeth (Decker) Bruckner.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Cherith Bruckner. Cherith grew up in Whitefish, Montana, and graduated from Whitefish high school in 1966 as an honor student. Cherith attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison, on scholarship and graduated in 1971.

After college, Cherith worked in Madison, Wisconsin for various technical companies specializing in environmental science, alternative energy projects, and resource remediation. Cherith was passionate about making a positive impact on the world through her work.

In her personal life, Cherith loved to travel and garden with her husband, Roger Fish, who preceded her in death. Cherith is survived by her brother, Garreth Bruckner, and two half brothers, Michael and David Bruckner.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the University of Wisconsin foundation, cancer research, and children's hospital in Cherith's memory.

Cherith will be remembered for her intelligence, dedication, and passion for making the world a better place. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
