Landstar Properties affiliates with Coldwell Banker Network
Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC is recently announced Landstar Group, a Kalispell-based residential and commercial real estate company, has joined the Coldwell Banker brand and will begin operating as Coldwell Banker Landstar Properties. This is a deal that will establish the first Coldwell Banker Global Luxury branded office in Montana.
Led by Matthew Waatti, Landstar Group has served the Flathead Valley for more than 20 years in the real estate, development and property management industries. Waatti has developed more than 50 real estate projects ranging from commercial retail centers, hospitals, multi-family, luxury condos and housing developments. Along with the development, Waatti has run a real estate brokerage for more than 15 years. The company will open with two offices.
The Coldwell Banker Landstar Properties Kalispell office will house both residential and commercial agents and the Whitefish office will be a residential real estate office branded under the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program, supporting luxury growth while adding a location that has long been requested by luxury clientele throughout the world.
