City Council preview for Feb. 21

Whitefish City Council meets on Tuesday, Feb. 21 beginning at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall.

Individuals are encouraged to provide written public comment to the City Clerk, Michelle Howke at mhowke@cityofwhitefish.org or deliver by 4 p.m. on Feb. 21, at City Hall in the Utility Drop Box.

Items on the agenda, subject to change:

-Consideration of an interim zoning ordinance prohibiting the approval of new applications for CUPs for marijuana dispensaries.

-Consideration of approval of Raise Grant Submittal for Spokane Avenue between East Second Street and Railway Street.

-Consideration of a request from North Valley Music School to approve building plans.

-Other matters that may arise between Feb.15 and Feb. 21.

A work session will be held prior to the regular meeting. The council will discuss and review updates to the viaduct improvement project at 5:30 p.m. and discuss and review the Growth Policy update at 6 p.m.
