Penny wars
The Whitefish Middle School Student Council presented a $4,759.38 check to the North Valley Food Bank after raising the money during Penny Wars. Whitefish Middle School students participated in a "Penny War" run by their student council. Classes compete against each other to raise the most money. Pennies, checks and cash go into their positive total. Kids enjoy sabotaging other classes by putting silver coins in the can, which gets subtracted from their class total. WMS raised over $4,000 for North Valley Food Bank during the fundraiser. Student Council thanks all of the WMS Families for their contributions to this fundraiser.
