Warren Miller movie showing in Whitefish
The Flathead Valley Ski Education Foundation (FVSEF) is pleased to announce two showings of the much-loved Warren Miller ski and snowboard film event. This year’s film, “Daymaker,” will be shown at the O’Shaughnessy Performing Arts Center in Whitefish on Nov. 11-12.
Come along for the biggest snow days with the 73rd annual Warren Miller film, “Daymaker.” See a killer storm cycle in the Monashees and adaptive backcountry riding like you’ve never seen before. There’s the ultimate grass skiing run and two trips to Alaska. This film will get you ready for your own days on the mountain. There’s no better day than one out on the hill.
There are only 2 showtimes available so early ticket purchases are encouraged at FVSEF.org.
Online ticket prices are $20 for adults and $18 for children under 18. Showtime is 7p.m. on Friday, Nov. 11 and Saturday, Nov. 12.
Doors open at 6:15 p.m. Drinks and snacks are available, as well as raffle tickets for some great prizes.
FVSEF is a non-profit valley-wide youth sports organization. More than a third of the program budget comes from sponsors, donors, and fundraising, including the Warren Miller movie and community events like Showcase of the Chefs on Dec. 6, sanctioned ski races for youth in Feb. and a women’s ski clinic in March.
