The Whitefish School District is seeking community feedback about the need for expansion at Whitefish High School and the activities complex. Over the past decade, the district has expanded with the growth of Whitefish, and the 600-student capacity at Whitefish High School is now nearly met.

“This is an exciting time for Whitefish Schools as we continue to grow,” said Whitefish Superintendent Dave Means. “We appreciate and value the participation and collaboration of our community in helping us envision the best possibilities for our future.”

School District leaders are currently in the assessment phase and recently received input from staff and the community during the first community engagement meeting held on Oct. 10.

An online survey has been developed based on the discussions in that meeting and the district is seeking additional feedback. The survey will be open through Nov. 11 and is available on the school district website. The direct online link for the survey is https://www.research.net/r/WSD_HS_Planning.
