Huge thanks to Flathead Classic organizers

On behalf of the over 35 participants of the Flathead Classic Sled Dog Race held the last weekend of February we would like to thank the organizers of the race — Brett Svetlik, Pam Beckstrom, Steve Riggs, Georgia Hall, and Alexandra Ness — for another well-organized, super fun race!

A HUGE thank you to Dog Creek Lodge for sponsoring the race and graciously allowing the event to happen there again this year. The trails were awesome thanks to their hardworking grooming crew. The newly remodeled Cafe offered delicious food and a variety of drinks to all who attended the event. Everyone at Dog Creek Lodge pitched in to make this a successful race — thanks so much!

And thanks to another major sponsor, Walrus Oil. They contributed to the purse money offered to the top-five placers in each race.
