The Board of Adjustment meets in the Whitefish Council Chambers at City Hall, at 418 E. 2nd Street Whitefish, Montana. A request by Neil Stuber for a variance to the side yard setback and overhang for accessory structures for a new solar structure. The property is currently developed with a manufacturing business zoned WB-4 (Business Park District). The property is located at 267 Flathead Avenue and can be legally described as Lot 7A, Baker Commons in Section 01, Township 30 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., Flathead County.
