Barbara B. Leverenz

Barbara B. Leverenz, 92, passed away on Feb. 14, 2022, with her three daughters at her bedside.

Barbara grew up in Wilmette, Illinois, and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder. In 1950, she married her husband, Jack, who preceded her in death. They raised their daughters, Barbara, Jane and Wendy, in Wilmette. Because of their love of the West, in 2000, they moved to Whitefish, Montana, and spent many happy years as members of the community.

The family has planned a private memorial service.

The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to The Springs at Whitefish and to Encompass Health Care for their skill and many kindnesses shown to Barbara.
