A memorial for Gary Van Slyke of Whitefish will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 24 at Hope Church in Kalispell. Gary went to be with his savior on Jan. 22. Gary was born on July 2, 1942 in Whitefish and is survived by his wife Sherry, son Tom Sloan, daughters Andrea Morrison, Tina Sloan and Kim Deuel along with 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
