Marilyn Ruth Wilhelm

Marilyn Ruth Wilhelm, 85, passed away Sunday, Jan. 23, 2022 at The Springs.

Marilyn was born on Sept. 29, 1936 in Athens, Ohio to Mary and Elton Frost.

She met her husband Bud Wilhelm, in Chicago where they both worked for the airlines and had 62 wonderful years. Together they raised four daughters.

Marilyn helped her mother-in-law, Louise Wilhelm, teach kindergarten in Whitefish and continued teaching after Louise retired. She was a Charter Member of Whitefish Christian Church and also was an active member in her PEO Chapter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, seven brothers and sisters, mother and father-in-law and daughter Tracie.

She is survived by her husband, Bud, daughters Vicki (Nelson), Kelley (Joe) and Kimberly (Travis), grandchildren Bethany (Travis), Zach (Samantha), Sarah, Nathaniel, Jessica (Wyndam), Griffin, Amanda, Eli and great-granddaughter Chloe, and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Marilyn's life will be held at a later date.
