Nov. 22
2:20 p.m. A pop-up trailer on Dakota Avenue earned an orange sticker for poor parking.
2:36 p.m. The woman on Blackberry Loop was cleaning the screen of her phone and accidentally dialed 911.
4:00 p.m. A collarless, black dog with gray spots, possibly a Catahoula mix, was running loose on Thirteenth Street.
5:29 p.m. Not only were the two people custody shoplifters, they were also considered to have trespassed.
6:52 p.m. The man accidentally dialed 911 because he was trying to figure out his new phone.
7:30 p.m. Someone reported losing a brown wallet, either at Loula’s or in Super One.
1:43 a.m. A driver on Karrow Avenue reported that his car slid down a hill and hit a fence while he was not inside the vehicle.
4:41 a.m. A woman who had taken the train to Whitefish was waiting outside in the cold weather for her ride who never showed up. The person who was supposed to retrieve her said they couldn’t come because they lacked enough gas. The unlucky traveler went to wait in the lobby and try to find a ride.
Nov. 23
9:21 a.m. A side arm and a bow were reported as stolen from a vehicle on Pheasant Run.
11:53 a.m. The driver of a Dodge truck that was pulling a pontoon boat tried to get around a construction crew and slid into the ditch. There were no injuries.
2:21 p.m. The driver who ran into a woman’s fence on Seventh Street gave his information before leaving.
9:22 p.m. A black dachshund was found on Flathead Avenue and authorities are trying to determine who the owner is. The dog’s microchip was registered to a man in Las Vegas but he denies ownership. It is possible the pup came from an adopt-a-rescue organization.
12:47 a.m. An employee of a business on Central Avenue called to say there is a man who keeps trying to come back inside even though he has been asked to leave. The man was reportedly being aggressive and causing problems and bouncers were trying to keep him out. The man eventually left the property and moved along.
Nov. 25
10:38 a.m. The four-year-old on Creekwood Drive had the phone and accidentally dialed 911.
10:44 a.m. A caller stated she was reporting a high-dollar crime because a custom-made Bugatti watch, valued at $250,000 was stolen. She said the watch was to be delivered by an armed guard and she has video surveillance.
11:42 a.m. At a location on Wisconsin Avenue, a white Toyota was parked in the fire lane, blocking a walkway. It had been parked there overnight and it did not belong to a guest.
2:04 p.m. A vehicle hit a light pole on Vista Drive but the driver was able to make it home.
8:09 p.m. There was an apparent burglary on Somers Avenue, as the house and the vehicle had been broken into.
12:19 a.m. A Honda Civic slid off the road and into a ditch near the Town Pump. Employees there were working on getting something done about the dangerous, icy conditions on the hill in the parking lot.
1:39 a.m. Between now and 3:47 a.m., about 14 vehicles earned stickers for being parked too long or for being parked on the wrong side of the street.
