City Council Preview for May 2

Whitefish City Council meets on Monday, May 2 beginning at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall.

Individuals are encouraged to provide written public comment to the City Clerk, Michelle Howke at mhowke@cityofwhitefish.org or deliver by 4 p.m. on May 2, at City Hall in the Utility Drop Box.

Items on the agenda, subject to change:

-Annual review and consideration of approval for Whitefish Convention and Visitors Bureau marketing plan and FY23 budget.

-Consideration of an ordinance amending zoning regulations for accessory apartments.

-Consideration of an ordinance amending city code to establish the WB-T zoning district (Business Transitional District), as an implementation of the Highway 93 South Corridor Plan.

-Cosideration of a resolution amending an agreement with Montana Waste Systems, North Valley Refuse, for solid waste collection and disposal.

-Consideration to award a construction contract for the Spokane Avenue Watermain Replacement Project.

-Consideration to award a construction contract for Armory Park.
