City Council preview for April 18
Whitefish City Council meets on Monday, April 18 beginning at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall.

Individuals are encouraged to provide written public comment; to the City Clerk, Michelle Howke at mhowke@cityofwhitefish.org or deliver by 4 p.m. on April 18, at City Hall in the Utility Drop Box.
Items on the agenda, subject to change:
-Whitefish Housing Authority will provide an update on the Snow Lot affordable housing project.
-Consideration of a request from Blake Ringeisen for a conditional use permit to develop an ADU attached to a new single-family home located at 708 Cottonwood Court.
-Consideration of a request from Patricia Johnson for Foxtail Forskola to operate a first through third grade alternative school located at 300 East Second Street.
-Consideration of a request from Ralph Simpson for MOST Physical Therapy to expand the business to an accessory building located at 576 Spokane Avenue.
During a work session at 5:45 p.m. the Whitefish Lake Institute is scheduled to present its FY23 AIS Budget and stormwater stenciling project in partnership with the city, WHS and Stumptown Art Studio.
During a work session at 6 p.m., Council is set to continue discussing the proposed amendments to the accessory dwelling units (ADU) regulations.
