The property is located at 1648 W Lakeshore Drive and can be legally described as Block 2, Lots 5 and 6 Lake Park Addition, in Section 26, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., in Flathead County, Montana. A request by Water Environmental Technologies, Roger Noble, on behalf of Helen Boyd, for a floodplain development to place rip rap, gravel and stairs below the high water elevation of 3000.79. The property is located at 1664 W Lakeshore Drive and can be legally described as Block 2, Lots 9 and 10, Lake Park Addition, in Section 26, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., in Flathead County, Montana. A request by Water Environmental Technologies, Roger Noble, on behalf of Curtis Feeny, for a floodplain development to place rip rap, gravel and dry set stone stairs below the high water elevation of 3000.79. The property is located at 1674 W Lakeshore Drive and can be legally described as Block 2, Lot 11, Lake Park Addition, in Section 26, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., in Flathead County, Montana. A request by Water Environmental Technologies, Roger Noble, on behalf of Eric Jacobsen, for a floodplain development to place rip rap, gravel and dry set stone stairs below the high water elevation of 3000.79. The property is located at 1684 W Lakeshore Drive and can be legally described as Block 2, Lot 12, Lake Park Addition, in Section 26, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., in Flathead County, Montana.
