Friday, Aug. 27

10:31 a.m. Caller wanted advice after hiring a contractor that never showed up to build a deck.

11:51 a.m. Caller on Brimstone Drive was advised that a car could be parked on the public street in front of their house.

12:36 p.m. A deer was struck by two vehicles on JP Road.

12:54 p.m. A catalytic converter was stolen off of a vehicle on Armory Road.

1:58 p.m. A verbal altercation ensued between two parties regarding a vehicle parked in a handicapped space in a parking lot on Highway 93.

4:04 p.m. Cars were causing a traffic hazard on Lakeshore Drive stopping to watch a bear and two cubs.

4:48 p.m. Caller was upset about the graphic nature of protest signs on Second Street.

4:52 p.m. A vehicle was sideswiped in an alley off Central Ave.

4:59 p.m. Caller said protest signs had “very graphic” images on them on Second Street.

9:51 p.m. A verbal disagreement occurred after a vehicle struck another vehicle on Central Ave.

Saturday, Aug. 28

1:03 a.m. Caller said they had a bear trapped inside their chicken coop after the bear attempted to go after them on Baker Ave.

3:26 a.m. A vehicle went in the ditch on Edgewood Drive.

2:26 p.m. A couple of kids were on the roof of the parking garage.

3:06 p.m. A newly adopted dog wearing a sweater with moose on it was missing on Kalispelly Ave.

9:31 p.m. A dog came after a horse on JP Road.

10:41 p.m. Caller arrived home on O’Brien Ave. to find a bear in their yard.

Sunday, Aug. 29

12:25 a.m. Two young people were throwing things off the top of the parking garage.

12:49 p.m. Two parties were separated after attempting to fight in front of a bar on Central Ave.

1:29 a.m. A group of juveniles on Spokane Ave. were advised to go home.

6:57 a.m. A passenger on the train was acting strangely.

10:38 a.m. Three fly rods and reels were stolen from a carrier on top of a truck on Preserve Parkway.

10:59 a.m. The hood of a vehicle was keyed on Park Ave.

11:10 a.m. Two vehicles were involved in a fender bender on Highway 93.

4:45 p.m. Someone accidentally dialed 911 from a paddleboard on Whitefish Lake.

5:33 p.m. Someone reportedly dumped a bunch of tree limbs onto their neighbor’s property.

9:05 p.m. A vehicle was hit by a road line painter on Spokane Ave.

11:20 p.m. A bouncer was hit by a watermelon after people were reportedly throwing watermelons off the parking garage.

Monday, Aug. 30

11:23 a.m. A bear and a cub were in a tree on 7th Street.

Tuesday, Aug. 31

7 a.m. Caller on Wisconsin Ave. was upset about a loud truck that drives past their home every morning.

11:16 a.m. Two vehicles were involved in a minor accident on Highway 93.

6:03 p.m. A white poodle was left in the dog park unattended.

7:11 p.m. A green Suburu was driving down the sidewalk on 7th Street.

Friday, Sept. 1

12:19 p.m. A car without handicapped plates was parked in a handicapped spot on Second Street.

2:57 p.m. A caller was concerned about their neighbor who had left gear out in their yard.

4 p.m. A car ran into a fence on River Lakes Parkway.
