Friday, Oct. 1

12:34 p.m. Caller was worried about logging trucks and a dump truck using its compression brakes on Murray Ave.

2:30 p.m. A black and white border collie was found.

2:59 p.m. A Baker Ave. traffic light appeared to not be working correctly and traffic was backing up.

5:17 p.m. A woman was allegedly chasing two young women on Second Street and yelling at them.

6:28 p.m. An Australian shepherd named Jack was lost on Monegan Road.

9:30 p.m. Three black bears were in a yard on Patton Lane.

11:58 p.m. A silver Ford Explorer was swerving all over the road on Spokane Ave.

Saturday, Oct. 2

2:44 a.m. Hotel guests who were in town for a wedding were told to return to their rooms and to quiet down for the evening.

8:58 a.m. A man was sleeping in a dark blue sleeping bag on East Second Street.

12:06 p.m. Caller was upset about the participants of a march downtown causing traffic to back up.

2:31 p.m. An Australian shepherd was found on Park Ave.

3:23 p.m. A vehicle was regularly speeding up and down Fourth Street.

6:02 p.m. Caller wanted to know if they could sleep in their vehicle in front of their friend’s house.

6:05 p.m. A bear was in the trash on Lupfer Ave.

9:58 p.m. A black bear was up a tree on Central Ave.

2:06 a.m. A window was broken at a business on Central Ave.

3:11 a.m. A vehicle was hit on Central Ave.

10:20 a.m. A dog looking like Lassie was found on Wisconsin Ave.

12:17 p.m. A driver allegedly hit a pedestrian while backing up on Lupfer Ave.

12:59 p.m. A copper-colored dog was running loose on Lakeshore Drive.

1:08 p.m. A vehicle was blocking another vehicle at a parking lot on Highway 93.

7:07 p.m. Windows in a parked vehicle on O’Brien Ave. had been covered so dogs in the car wouldn’t bark.

8:40 p.m. Two unruly passengers were removed from the train.

Monday, Oct. 4

11:47 a.m. Construction workers were parked in a no parking zone on Dakota Ave.

12:52 p.m. A brown and white medium size dog was running around on Texas Ave.

3:29 p.m. Owner of a camper on Third Street was looking for another place to park.

9:04 p.m. A man who has been drinking was asking people to hit him at a business on Baker Ave.

Tuesday, Oct. 5

4:57 a.m. Caller wanted to know if their missing checkbook had been turned in.

8:51 a.m. An intoxicated man was lying on the ground on Wisconsin Ave.

12:23 p.m. When an officer arrived at a home on Dugans Way dogs that reportedly bark all day were quiet.

4:11 p.m. Two vehicles were involved in a fender bender on Spokane Ave.

Wednesday, Oct. 6

7:19 a.m. Two protestors on Spokane Ave. were making people honk and the caller wanted quiet.

2:16 p.m. A resident on Colorado Avenue continued to leave their garbage out days at a time even though they’d been warned that this is a bad idea with bears around.

4:03 p.m. A white French bulldog was found near City Beach.

5:42 p.m. Caller was worried about sketchy-looking people with backpacks coming and going on Wisconsin Ave.

8:09 p.m. There was an ongoing conflict between neighbors on Spokane Avenue regarding parking and dogs in common areas.

Thursday, Oct. 7

3:50 a.m. A vehicle was blaring its horn on First Street.

7:17 a.m. The taillights were missing on a vehicle on Seventh Street.

5:17 p.m. A hit and run was reported on Baker Ave.

11:05 p.m. Loud music was reported on Aspen Court.
