No. 2577 WHITEFISH PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The regular meeting of the Whitefish Planning Board will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 6:00 pm via Virtual WebEx Video Conferencing. Instructions to participate will be located on the Planning Board agenda once posted on the City's webpage: www.cityofwhitefish.org. During the meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing on the items listed below. Upon receipt of the recommendation from the Planning Board, the Whitefish City Council will hold a subsequent public hearing for these items on Monday, April 5, 2021. City Council meetings start at 7:10 pm and will also be held via Virtual WebEx Video Conferencing. Matthew and Judy Lanning are requesting a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment. The property is currently developed with a single-family home and is zoned WR-2 (Two-Family Residential District). The property is located at 19 Washington Avenue and can be legally described as Lot 8, Block 18, Whitefish Original, in S25, T31N, R22W, P.M.M., Flathead County. (WCUP 21-04) Compton-Ring Joanna Chung is requesting a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment above a new two-car garage. The property is currently developed with a single-family home and garage and is zoned WR-2 (Two-Family Residential District). The property is located at 243 Dakota Avenue and can be legally described as Lot 12, Block 9 Whitefish Subdivision, S25 T31N R22W, P.M.M., Flathead County.
