Not a good impression

How embarrassing for our little town. A festival was planned long in advance, bringing folks from many different places and since Friday, trash cans have been overflowing with trash.

By Sunday the trash was sitting on top of more trash and spilled out onto the ground everywhere.

As the saying goes "You only get one chance to make a first impression" I'd say for those who were visiting, it wasn't a good one. Why wouldn't there be plans to empty trash cans in town each night during the festival? Someone dropped the ball and unfortunately, our little town smelled and looked disgusting. Whitefish, the people who live here and the visitors deserve better.
