City Council meets July 19
Whitefish City Council meets on Monday, July 19 beginning at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall.

Consideration of a request from Dan Nelson for a preliminary plat to develop a four-lot subdivision at 736 Wisconsin Ave.
Consideration of a request from Heather Burnham for a conditional use permit to allow a guesthouse at 810 Colorado Ave.
Consideration of a request from Karen bunker for a preliminary plat to develop a four-lot subdivisions located at the corner of O’Brien Avenue and Sawtooth Drive.
Consideration of a request from the Kalispell Avenue neighbors to rezone three blocks of the west side of Kalispell Avenue between East Third Street and East Sixth Street from high density multi-family district to two-family residential district.
Consideration of a request from Lee Rosenthal for a Whitefish Lake and lakeshore variance to construct a dock to exceed the allowable constructed area at 2704 Plaza Road.
During a work session at 5:30 p.m., Council is set to discuss proposed short-term rental requirement changes and enforcement updates.
During a work session at 6:15 p.m., Council is set to discuss a proposed annexation policy.
