Thanks to Collins family for protecting acreage

Our community owes a big thank you to the Collins family for their generous effort to permanently protect 672 acres of wild lands on Whitefish Lake.

With all of the development going on in and around Whitefish, all the subdivisions, condos, townhouses, it is comforting to know that the Collins have placed critical habitat into a permanent conservation easement that will be there in perpetuity.

It is a selfless gift that we all should be grateful for.
