11:42 a.m. A woman was reportedly washing her clothes in the river.

1:17 p.m. A vehicle was leaking fuel on First Street.

2:29 p.m. A dog left in a vehicle had been barking for hours on Baker Ave.

3:55 p.m. A vehicle on Park Ave. was keyed.

5:25 p.m. A vehicle had been parked on Third Street for three days.

1:41 p.m. A semitruck needed assistance backing onto Baker Avenue.
