Planning board looks at two accessory apartments

The Whitefish Planning Board during its meeting on Thursday will consider requests for two conditional use permits to construct accessory apartments.

The planning board meets at 6 p.m. virtually via Webex.

• Mario and Cindy Carbone are requesting a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment atop a large single-car garage with storage at 560 Columbia Ave.

• Dougles and Kelly Peppermeier are requesting a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment over a new garage at 815 E. Second St.
