City Council meets Sept. 8

Whitefish City Council meets on Tuesday, Sept. 8 at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall. The following items are set to be discussed, subject to change:

• Consideration of a resolution abandoning an unimproved portion of Lookout Ridge.

• Consideration of a request by Ron Nash of Montana Creative, on behalf of Pamela Green, for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment above a garage at 35 Columbia Ave.

• Consideration of a request from Troy Core for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment above a garage on Oregon Ave.

• Consideration of an ordinance amending zoning regulations regarding the WB-2 secondary business district

• Consideration of a resolution amending the Legacy Homes Program fee-in-lieu of purchase prices and rental prices.

• Consideration of an ordinance amending the zoning regulations regarding multi-family development standards.

• During a work session at 5:15 p.m., review and discuss shared micrombolity

• During a work session at 5:45 p.m., review and discuss the architectural review standards.
