Sunday, Oct. 4

1:07 p.m. Caller was upset because when a moving truck came to their new home half their belongings were missing.

1:50 p.m. A deer was hit by a car on 15th Street.

2:02 p.m. A vehicle broke down in a church parking lot on Baker Ave.

4:41 p.m. Caller was concerned about children coming into his yard on Kalispell Avenue after they had been talking about “booby trapping” it.

5:47 p.m. A black and brown dog was running on Somers Ave.

6:16 p.m. A bear and three cubs were in a yard on Baker Ave.

8:44 p.m. Bears were in the road on Highway 93.

Monday, Oct. 5

11:17 a.m. A black bear and three cubs were wandering around on Baker Ave.

12:31 p.m. Caller was upset about a political sign with profanity on it and children being able to read it.

7:41 p.m. A black bear was shot on Baker Ave. after it was attempting to get into a chicken coop and it was also charging a person and dog.

Tuesday, Oct. 6

11:50 a.m. A trailer had been parked on Portage Way for five days.

6:23 p.m. A mini Australian shepherd named Bolt ran off on Vista Drive.

8:26 p.m. Two men loaded into a truck all the bikes from a bike rack in front of a Highway 93 grocery store.

11:21 p.m. A mother bear with two cubs crossed Baker Ave.

10:27 a.m. Someone attempting to remove a boat from Whitefish Lake found the gate locked to the boat ramp.

8:47 p.m. Someone who had been all over Whitefish called to report a lost wallet.

1:53 p.m. Neighbors on Kalispell Avenue were worried about a cat that was tangled up in a lead outside.

12:30 p.m. Two bear cubs were seen on Jennings Ave.

1:07 p.m. A caller wanted to complain about the speed limit on Highway 93.

10:31 a.m. A person was bit by a cat on Somers Avenue.

1:31 p.m. A two vehicle car accident on Spokane Avenue didn’t result in any injuries.

4:19 p.m. A former roommate was being “menacing” on Baker Ave.

4:34 p.m. A man staying in a camper on Third Street was getting ready to grill dinner outside.

8:55 p.m. Someone brought a big dog into a casino on Highway 93.

7:50 a.m. A utility trailer was left in the parking lot of a Spokane Avenue business.

9:51 a.m. Roommates were having a dispute on Silveleaf Drive about burning food that was put into the trash can.

5:10 p.m. There were no injuries after two cars were involved in an accident on Spokane Ave.

6:02 p.m. Someone lost their wallet at or near the dog park.

6:58 p.m. A black bear approached a trash canon Colorado Avenue but kept walking.

11:11 a.m. A bear cub was walking toward City Beach.
