Police Calls: Man wearing kilt prompts call

Tuesday, Sept. 22

11:52 a.m. Two huskies were running free on Karrow Ave.

4:04 p.m. A driver wearing a cowboy hat was swerving all over the road on Wisconsin Ave.

6:49 p.m. Caller reported seeing man walking down Central Ave. wearing a kilt and was worried it was a man who had been reported as missing.

Wednesday, Sept. 23

7:29 a.m. A vehicle was blocking a garbage can on Waverly Place.

10:44 a.m. A bear was walking down the street on Murray Ave.

2:35 p.m. A pedestrian on Baker Ave. was nearly hit by a vehicle.

3:39 p.m. Vehicles were constantly speeding up and down Kalispell Ave.

4:28 p.m. A bear had gotten into garbage on Skyles Place.

7:38 p.m. A black bear on Wisconsin Avenue chased a cat, but the cat was able to get away.

8:08 p.m. A black bear on Cedar Street was dragging garbage around.

8:52 p.m. A man skateboarding in the parking garage was asked to leave.

7:37 a.m. An ATV was stolen the night before on 18th Street.

9:50 a.m. A bike missing its seat was found on Second Street.

2:08 p.m. A person was bitten by a stray cat on Marina Crest Lane.
