No. 2536 CITY OF WHITEFISH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting on Monday, April 6, 2020, at 7:10 PM, in the Whitefish City Council Chambers, located in City Hall, at 402 East Second Street, Whitefish, Montana, the Whitefish City Council will conduct a public hearing and take public comment regarding the adoption of a proposed Interim Zoning Ordinance that would remove the ninety (90) day time limit for acting on Conditional Use Permits set forth in § 1178-E-7 of the Whitefish City Code and place a moratorium on accepting applications for subdivision approval other than those applications for which the Planning Director or his designee waives the requirement of preliminary plat.
