2:19 p.m. A 10-month old child locked a running car.

5:14 p.m. A trio of dogs charged the caller’s kids on Third Street.

Wednesday, Feb. 19

10:56 a.m. A caller was concerned with the man he’d spotted biking and sleeping in the area near River Lakes Drive.

12:59 p.m. A woman was sleeping in her car outside the Depot.

Thursday, Feb. 20

3:37 p.m. A drunk man was crawling and laying down on Lupfer Avenue.

4:03 p.m. A man found eight bags of trash on Lion Mountain Loop.

Friday, Feb. 21

12:18 p.m. A bunch of high schoolers were caught stealing two cases of beer.

12:23 p.m. A high schooler was caught stealing gas.

1:26 p.m. The caller wanted more information about bear-proof garbage cans.

2:32 p.m. The caller watched someone steal a shopping cart full of items from a Highway 93 store.

7:20 p.m. Explosion-type noises were heard around Wisconsin Avenue.
