Dorothy Bunker Artley

Dorothy Bunker Artley passed away in her sleep on May 16, 2020.

She and her husband, Carvel R. “Bud” Artley, moved to Whitefish in 1992. Dorothy was born on July 25, 1920 in Yankton, South Dakota and passed away two months prior to her 100th birthday.

She and her husband Bud were married in 1943 while he was attending flight school in the Army Air Corps and she became the wife of a career Airforce pilot for over 60 years. Dorothy is survived by her sons, Donald of Florence, Douglas of Whitefish, seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two daughters-in-law.
